Cakes not collected on the agreed date and time are non-refundable.

Storage & Handling

• Fresh fruit cakes: Best consumed within 48 days as moisture from the fruit may gradually soften the cake’s texture.
• Cakes without fresh fruit: Best consumed within 3 days.
• Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C at all times.
• Transport cakes on a flat surface and handle gently to prevent shifting or damage.
• As our cakes are made with fresh cream, they should not be kept at room temperature for more than 1 hour, as this may affect their stability and overall quality.
