REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All cakes are freshly made to order.
Refunds for change of mind are not available.
However, we accept cancellations within the allowed time frame below:
Full refund is available for cancellations made up to 5 days before the collection date.
Please note: In case of cancellation, Stripe processing fees (€1–€2 approx.) will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of the collection date.
No refund for missed pick-ups.
After Collection
Once collected, Baked and Bottled is not responsible for any damage during transport or storage.
